Edit Page
- Add one or more locations to your app, complete with Google maps and directions. Locations can be grouped by country, state or city, and sorted by name or distance.
- Click 'Assign Places to this Page' to open a list of existing places. Check or uncheck places from the pop-up list to add or remove them from your app.
- Click 'Edit Places in the Dashboard' to exit to the Places dashboard.
Places Dashboard
- In order to add places to your app, you first need to create them in the Places dashboard.
- There you can add new places with details such as street address, contact info, opening hours, feature image and description.
- After saving them, return to the App Designer to assign them to your app (using the steps above).
Page Settings
Click the Settings tab to:
- Change the Page Name (in this example we changed it to 'Contact Us')
- Change the Page Icon that appears in the menu
- Choose whether the Page is active in the app and/or visible in the menu
- Show multiple places in a list, as cards, or pins on a map
- Sort them by name or distance
- Group them by city, state, or country
- Change the order of buttons in the footer
- Cache images on the page*
- Delete the page
*Caching images allows them to appear faster on the page, and when the app is offline. Caching too many may slow the initial launch of the app - experiment to find the right balance.
